WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We are currently shipping to continental US addresses only.  However we will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but please email for a quote on shipping.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  All orders are shipped UPS or US Priority Mail.  If you need express shipping, please email us at markwilles@mac.com or call us at 801.362.7075 and we will give you the best quote.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE UK OR OVERSEAS?

Unfortunately no, we are currently reviewing shipping options for overseas.
 

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes, we ship to Canada via UPS Ground. Please note that Customs may charge duties and brokerage fees to the shipment. These are not Damaged Goods Co. charges but are your responsibility to pay.
 

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Damaged Goods Co. will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list.  The information we collect is used solely to process your order.  We are committed to protecting our customer's privacy.
 

WHAT IS YOUR SECURITY OF MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

The site is uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information.  An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment.  Any time a Yahoo! Store asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted.  The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.

CAN I BUY SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT I SEE ON THE SITE?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Damaged Goods Co. currently accepts Visa and MasterCard.

HOW CAN I BUY SOMETHING IF I DON'T WANT TO USE A CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

You can call us at 801.362.7075 or e-mail us at markwilles@mac.com with your order information, your address and phone number where you can be reached.  We will call you for your credit card information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange ONLY.  The item must be returned in original and unused condition and in original packaging.  It must be well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount.  A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition.  Please e-mail or call 801.362.7075 for a return authorization.  All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable.  Any refund not approved beforehand is subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours. Please contact us immediately.

Important:  Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct.  Should the address be incorrect, please contact us immediately.  Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most items will ship within 1 or 2 days from the time you placed your order.  We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping due to temporary out of stock items or the item is a special order.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check the status of an existing order please email us and you will need your order number and billing email address.

DO YOU COLLECT SALES TAX?

We collect sales tax in Utah on all orders.  Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS NOT IN STOCK?

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available.  We will notify you by e-mail the expected ship date.  At that point you will have the opportunity to cancel your order or have us order it for you.

A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock.  In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page.
